Shipping Address Must-Dos

  • Go Latin: Make sure to enter your shipping address using Latin characters only. This little step goes a long way in making sure your order zooms through the delivery process without any detours.
  • Detail is Everything: We count on you to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Our system takes your word for it, as we don't alter or validate addresses. Double-checking your details can save the day!

PO Box Deliveries – Here’s the Scoop

  • In the U.S.: If you're having your order sent within the United States, opting for a PO Box delivery is A-OK.
  • Outside the U.S.: For our international Cool Dog Teez family, we suggest avoiding PO Box addresses when possible. If it's your only option, just know it's a bit more adventurous and comes with its own set of risks.
  • Express Delivery & PO Boxes: Quick heads-up – Express Delivery takes a different route and can't swing by PO Box addresses. Orders aiming for express speed will be switched to standard delivery if they're pointing to a PO Box.

Nailing the PO Box Address Format

If a PO Box is your go-to, here's how to make sure it's ready for a smooth delivery:

If a PO Box is your choice, we're on board, but let's keep the lines of communication open about the potential twists and turns in the delivery journey. While we strive for smooth sailing, PO Box paths can be a tad more unpredictable.

And just a little note – if the PO Box doesn't match up to the guidelines or if the delivery team gives us the green light on delivery success, our paws are tied when it comes to compensation for any mix-ups.
