Made Just for You

Our cool tees and gear are created on-demand, just for you. That means, once you make a choice, our wheels start turning to bring your selection to life. Due to this personalized approach, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for oopsies on size, color, or design changes.

We totally recommend double-checking your order and peeking at our size guides before hitting that order button to ensure everything's just perfect.

Got a Boo-Boo on Your Item?

Your happiness is our top priority! If your item shows up with a boo-boo (think damage or a hiccup in the making), we're on it. Just give our friendly customer service team a shout within 30 days of saying hello to your item, and we'll get the ball rolling on a replacement or refund.

A quick snap of the issue sent our way will help us zoom in on the problem and sort it out pronto.

Refunding the Right Way

If a refund gets the green light, we'll zap it back to the way you paid. Heads up: the time it takes to see the refund can vary, so a little patience might be needed. And for our international Cool Dog Teez pals, we'll make sure your refund finds its way back to you, considering those pesky exchange rates and fees.

When More Than One Item Is Feeling Blue

Ran into a snag with a bunch of items sporting the same look? We might ask for a group photo (or video) showing all the items together to get the full picture and fix things up.

Delivery Didn't Go as Planned?

Missed delivery can be a bummer. But fear not! You can either choose a do-over (with a small extra cost) or go for a partial refund. We're here to make sure you're taken care of.

Our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) goodies have a tiny wiggle room of 0.5 inches for where the print lands. It's all part of the charm and doesn't count as a hiccup.
