Why We Read Every Message You Send Us

We get messages every week — sizing questions, a design tweak, someone asking if we can do a custom order for a memorial shirt or a team we haven't worked with before. I read all of them. Not a team, not a bot filtering the important ones out — me, or someone in the family who runs this with me.

Small Isn't a Limitation Here

Cool Dog Teez is a small, family-operated business, and honestly that's the point, not a workaround. Every order is a chance to actually get something right for one specific person instead of optimizing for the average of ten thousand customers we'll never talk to.

That's not a sales pitch — it's just what running a small operation actually looks like day to day. Your feedback and suggestions genuinely shape what we make next. If enough people ask for something, we go build it.

Trust Has to Be Earned Every Time

Being veteran-owned means something to me beyond a badge on the About page. It means the standard doesn't slide because an order is small, or because it's a repeat customer who won't complain, or because no one's double-checking the work. You get the same care whether it's your first order or your fiftieth.

We're not trying to be the biggest shop out there. We're trying to be the one you come back to because it actually felt like working with people, not a platform.

Thanks for trusting us with that,
Jorge Fernandez de Cordova & the Cool Dog Teez Family
